Refunds. Forte Courses Inc. currently offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time payments of its courses – unless of course there is a material and documented issue (like fraudulent or mischievous behavior by you). Such material and documented issue shall be jointly considered between you and Forte Courses, and you accept that For decision will be final, at its sole and absolute discretion. All other payments made to Forte Courses Inc. are, as a general rule, not refundable (excluding merchandise). However, Forte Courses Inc. may provide you a refund or other consideration, with the amount and form – and the decision to provide it – at its sole and absolute discretion. Any effectuated refund does not entitle you to further refunds or other considerations in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate Forte Courses Inc. to provide them in the future, under any circumstance.

Digital products may not be refunded and may only be refunded because of accidental purchases and if the item has not been downloaded.
